III. Collection and storage of personal data when visiting the website

Each time you visit our website, the browser you use automatically transmits information to the server on our website. The following information is collected and stored until automatic deletion:

The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in providing a working website with properly delivered content, optimizing our systems, and providing law enforcement with the information needed to prosecute cyberattacks. As soon as there is no legitimate interest and there is no statutory retention requirement, this data is routinely deleted.

VII. Contact form

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose of its collection. For the personal data from the input form of the contact form, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. VIII. Integration of social media components and plugins

We rely on our website on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO social media plugins of the social networks Facebook, Twitter, Xing and Linkedin, VK, Youtube, Instagram, in order to promote our website and our company. 5. Youtube

3. Right to cancellation (Art. 17 GDPR)
